Koffee With Karan 6: Tiger Shroff reveals the valuable advice that Hrithik Roshan had once dispensed to him

Tiger Shroff appeared on the sixth season of filmmaker Karan Johar’s celebrity chat show Koffee With Karan and revealed a valuable piece of advice that Hrithik Roshan had once dispensed to him. With Hrithik, Tiger is working on a yet-untitled film, which is being directed by Siddharth Anand. On the show, Karan spoke about Tiger’s successful 2018 film Baaghi 2 and asked the actor whether he misses the ‘tag of being called an actor and not just a star’.

Tiger, thus, said that he will always remember Hrithik’s advise to him in this context. “You know, I’ve had the privilege of working with Hrithik Roshan and he told me something very, very interesting. He said, ‘You know, Tiger, a star has to work twice as hard as an actor because it’s not just here, but here. So, that awareness and that work you’ve to put in from the time you wake up till the time you sleep, it’s continuous.’ So, it takes a lot to be a star and to be accepted by the masses. It’s a huge privilege,” Tiger said on KWK 6.

The Siddharth Anand-directed film stars Vaani Kapoor as the female lead and is expected to release on Gandhi Jayanti.

On Koffee With Karan 6, Karan also asked Tiger whether he feels the ‘pressure of competing with the other boys of his generation’ and pat came the actor’s response. “I don’t. Because I just feel that what they do, I don’t think I can ever do. And vice versa,” Tiger said.
