After Monalisa, former Bigg Boss contestant Arshi Khan turns 'ghost' for a TV show

For a long time, speculations were rife that former Bigg Boss contestant Arshi Khan will be making fiction TV debut with a supernatural serial, Laal Ishq but she was replaced by another television actress Sonia Singh at the last moment.

Although Laal Ishq did not happen, we now hear that Arshi has already bagged another project. If our sources are to be believed, Arshi will play the role of a ghost in the medical drama, Savitri Devi College and Hospital.

"Arshi Khan would be playing the part of Naintara who has been killed under mysterious circumstances. Her death has some connection with Dr Anand Malhotra she will be back now as a ghost to take a revenge. Her character will bring several twists to keep the viewers engaged. It will be a cameo yet pivotal role," informed our source. When we contacted Arshi, she too confirmed the news but refused to divulge any further information on her character.

Savitri Devi College and Hospital stars Varun Kapoor, Swardha Thigale, Mugdha Chaphekar and Vikram Sakhalkar in pivotal roles.

Well, looks like supernatural elements are ruling the small screen. Recently, we saw Bhojpuri actress and former Bigg Boss contestant Monalisa turning a hot daayan in serial Nazar. Now, it’s time for Arshi to scare the hell out of the viewers.

Back in 2015, Arshi Khan created a huge uproar by tweeting, "Yes, I had sex with Afridi. Do I need the Indian media’s permission to sleep with someone? It’s my personal life. For me it was love.” Later, in an interview, she claimed to be in a relationship with the Pakistani cricketer. However, she later regretted it and said at a chat show, "I respect Mr Afridi a lot. He has done a lot for me. That tweet was a mistake and I should not have addressed him openly about such sensitive issues. Afridi Sahaab ke bahut ehsaan hai mujh par."
