Kaun Banega Crorepati with its iconic host Amitabh Bachchan is back with its tenth season. The show is all set to premiere on September 3, 2018. Before the veteran invites contestants to the famous hot seat, he attended a press conference today and talked about several things. From answering questions about the quiz based show to speaking about his granddaughter Aaradhya Bachchan, Big B was at his candid best.
But it was his invitation to actor Salman Khan to host the show, that caught everyone's attention. For the unversed, Salman who is known to host TV reality shows like Bigg Boss and Dus Ka Dum, recently expressed his desire to host Kaun Banega Crorepati someday. When Big B was asked about it, he said, "He is welcome to host it. I will invite him to come on the show."
To say the least, it will certainly be a sight to behold to witness the two superstars onscreen once again.
Meanwhile, Big B was further prodded that after hosting nine seasons of Kaun Banega Crorepati, does he think he can survive as a contestant, to which he replied, "I will lose if I become a contestant on KBC10. I won’t be able to answer more than 2-3 questions."
On the work front, Amitabh is collaborating with Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor in Brahmastra and the likes of Fatima Sana Shaikh and Katrina Kaif in Thugs of Hindostan. Talking about how he is in awe of the young talent in the Hindi film industry, Big B added, "Actors like Alia Bhatt, Anushka Sharma and Deepika Padukone are so capable that I am scared to work with them, they will eat me up. Look at the work by the likes of Ranbir Kapoor, Sushant Singh Rajput, Varun Dhawan and even Kartik Aaryan have done."
Well, with the KBC's historic success over the years, we cannot wait to witness the tenth season too.
