Remember the video that TV czarina Ekta Kapoor posted featuring Shah Rukh Khan, and deleted soon after? Well, it’s finally out now and you can watch it in peace on Ekta’s Instagram account – the short clip, starring Ekta and SRK, is a new promo in aid of her show Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 as exclusively reported by PeepingMoon.com previously. Along with the video, Ekta also announced that Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 will premiere on September 25.

In the video, Ekta, glamorous in a red dress and SRK, handsome in a white tux, are seen discussing the show, and of course, love. “Naya take romance ka. Naya take love ka. Especially because do log ek doosre ke liye mar sakte hain, ek doosre ke saath mar sakte hain, and most importantly alag rehke ek doosre ke liye jeena,” Ekta tells SRK in the video while explaining the plot of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2.

The 52-year-old actor, however, intervenes and asks Ekta about her love story instead. “Teri life mein hai koi, naya pyaar hai koi?” SRK questions as Ekta signs off with a loud beam. We didn’t get our answer though, Ekta. But at the very least, this beautiful promo and the release date of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2, finally.

Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 will feature Erica Fernandes as Prerna (played by Shweta Tiwari in the original version) while Parth Samthaan stars as Anurag Basu (Cezanne Khan). Sources had told PeepingMoon.com previously that SRK will narrate the first three episodes of Prerna’s and Anurag’s love story. This is as per the actor’s deal with the channel (Star Plus) for whom he is shooting the second season of Ted Talks India.

Ekta and SRK trended furiously on Friday after she posted the promo on Twitter and deleted it but fans, you see, were prompt enough to gather shots and circulated them across social media.
