Salman Khan and headlines go hand in hand. The actor has delivered one of the biggest commercial hit of the year, Race 3 and soon after that, he returned to the small screen to host his hit show Dus Ka Dum after eight long years. Eventually, the buzz around the show was high and it became another stage for film promotions. After Kamal Haasan for Vishwaroopam 2, it was Anil Kapoor and his on-screen daughter Pihu Sand, who joined bhaijaan on the DKD stage to promote Fanney Khan.
Fanney Khan is the upcoming official remake of the Dutch film Everybody’s Famous starring Anil Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Rajkummar Rao. The story revolves around father-daughter duo (Anil-Pihu) who want to make it big in the music world. Father, a common man, is unable to fulfill his own dreams and so, he does everything in his capacity to make sure his daughter achieve what he dreamt of. His daughter, a teenager and a victim of body shaming, finds her inspiration from the pop singer Baby Singh (Aishwarya Rai). The film is musical-comedy tracing the quest of these characters.

Recently, on Salman’s Dus Ka Dum, Anil joined the superstar with his on-screen daughter and singer Sunidhi Chauhan. While they had their share of fun and games, it was one thing that happened during the show that is currently the hottest topic in tinsel town. One of the songs from the film, Jawan Hai Mohabbat, starring Aishwarya, was featured during the show. Now, for the unversed, Salman and Aishwarya go back in history for their much-talked-about and controversial romantic relationship.
We got a closer look at what happened on the sets of Salman’s show when the Aishwarya took over the big screen. And it’s clearly an instance you wouldn’t want to miss. While Salman is a warm and friendly host, he managed to steer clear of any visual contact. The actor turned his head to the other side with a smile yet trying to steal a few glimpses.
