Total Dhamaal crosses the Rs 100 crore mark, becomes Ajay Devgn’s third in a row and Madhuri Dixit Nene's first

Ajay Devgn latest film Total Dhamaal, co-starring Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Riteish Deshmukh and Arshad Warsi, has been faring exceptionally well at the box office. The film managed to mint a sum of 99.30 crore in 8 days and now on the ninth day, it has made its mark by entering the coveted Rs 100-crore club. The adventure comedy has pleased family audiences and kids so much that the film has made a exciting number at the box office.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted the figures, adding that Total Dhamaal collected Rs 4.75 crore and Rs 7.05 crore collections on Friday and Saturday respectively, taking the total collections to Rs 106.32 crore.

Interestingly, with the latest achievement, Total Dhamaal has become Ajay's third film in a row to enter the Rs 100 crore club, making it a hat-trick for him. Overall, it has become his ninth film to mint over Rs 100 crore at the box-office. Not to forget, the film is the fifth for Riteish, third for Anil Kapoor and Arshad Warsi and the first one for Madhuri and director Indra Kumar to collect over Rs 100 crore.

Co-produced by Fox Star Studios, Ajay Devgn Ffilms, Ashok Thakeria, Kumar, Sri Adhikari Brothers, Anand Pandit, Sangeeta Ahir and Kumar Mangat Pathak, Total Dhamaal released on February 22.
