Mission Impossible 6 and Dhadak eat up Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3 at Box Office

Mission Impossible: 6 - Fallout is the sixth biggest Hollywood opener at the Indian Box Office. The film, which opened to Rs 9. 50 crore in the country, is far ahead of Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3, the Hindi film that challenged it at the Box Office.

The Sanjay Dutt starrer could only garner Rs 3. 75 crore in its two-day run. On its opening day, it collected Rs 1. 25 crore and on Saturday, it raked in an amount of Rs 1. 50 crore. The film has largely received negative reviews from the critics and also an unimpressive word-of-mouth from the audience.

Dhadak, however, continues to register a strong hold at the Box Office. Starring Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter in the lead, the Shashank Khaitan directorial has collected Rs 58. 19 crore after a two-week run. Its Saturday (week 2) total stands at Rs 4. 02 crore.

While Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3 is losing more to the popularity of Mission Impossible 6, Dhadak's success has also lead to a poor performance of this Tigmanshu Dhulia's directorial. Dharma's romantic drama has got the audience glued and it's set to gain more because of this. On the other hand, the Tom Cruise starrer has got some stunning action scenes and an ardent fan-following -- things that seem to be going to help the film perform even better in the coming days.
