Shamita Shetty, the second runner-up of Bigg Boss OTT, has participated in Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 15. The reality show premiered on October 2 and Shamita entered the house with Pratik Sehajpal and Nishant Bhat in the episode aired on October 3. Now, the actress is already missing her 'special friend' Raqesh Bapat. Shamita and Raqesh were 'connected' in Bigg Boss OTT and eventually grew closer to each other.
In the episode aired on Monday night, Shamita was seen chilling with her Bigg Boss 15 housemates Jay Bhanushali, Tejasswi Prakash, Vishal Kotian, Umar Riaz, Vidhi Pandya and others. She shared with them that she missed Raqesh. Jay went on to tease Shamita by teaching her how to be a Maharashtrian wife. He taught her a few Marathi words. The housemates told Shamita that Raqesh will have to participate in Bigg Boss 15 for her. She said he won't.
As the housemates teased Shamita, Jay went on to call her Shamita Shetty Bapat. She ran behind Jay to hit him and the actor said she was blushing as her cheeks had turned red.

Fans of Shamita and Raqesh have given them the moniker ShaRa. Before entering the Bigg Boss 15 house, Shamita hosted an Instagram live session with Raqesh. The actor shared a reel with the actress and wished her good luck for the show. "It feels odd to be seeing you on screen and not have you next to me but I know you are going to do fab, you will shine, you will make us all proud! And I will be right there metaphorically next to you supporting you in this journey! You are inspiring, you are strong, you are unique and you are real and that shall shine out!" he wrote.
