The episode began with the contestants waking up to a strange sound. Soon, Shefali Bagga got irked by Sidharth Shukla for linking her with Arhaan Khan. She informed Rashami Desai about it and the latter confronted Arhaan regarding the same. Arhaan explained the entire thing to Rashami. Shefali approached Sidharth and told to not mess with her.
A while later, Bigg Boss gave the housemates an interesting taks for captaincy wherein they have to bell a cat that has entered into the house at regular intervals. The team with maximum number of members till the end were to be declared as the winner. As soon as the task began, the housmates did their best to control the cat and amidst this, the cat fell down. Bigg Boss sent all the inmates inside the house and instructed them to not cause any harm to the cat or break the bell. The task resumed again, just to act witness to a few minor spat between the contestants. Admist the task, Vishal Aditya Singh and Paras Chhabra got into a fight and ended up hurling abuses at each other. Mahira Sharma joined the fight and intensified it. Soon, Paras and Asim Riaz discussed about the task in order to win it. Moments later, Asim fought with Vikas Gupta and both ended up breaking the bell.
As the task proceeded, Sidharth announced that none of the teams were able to bell the cat and Bigg Boss asked them to select one member who will no longer be a part of the task. Paras was the first person to make an exit from the race for captaincy. Meanwhile, Shehnaaz got angry with Sidharth, Paras and Mahira and told the former that Paras wasn't giving her priority. Shehnaaz weeped bitter lying on the ground. Later, Shefali Bagga broke down after being let down by her team members. Sidharth, Paras and Shehnaaz consoled her. As the task resumed once again, Arti Singh's team managed to bell the cat. But for unknown reasons, Sidharth yet again announced that no team was successful. Mahira was asked to step down.
Towards the end of the episode, Shehnaaz tried to talk to Sidharth, who ignored her. He told that she made him an option against Paras. A while later, Shefali Bagga was removed from her team and vroke down. She then got into an ugly fight with Rashami and ended up breaking the house's property. Rashami blasted at Arhaan for not speaking up when Shefali Bagga was mocking their team. Shefali Bagga, out of anger, wipes away pictures of the housemates, declaring the end of the task in an indirect manner.
