Bigg Boss 13 Day 8: Siddhartha Dey and Shefali Bagga are the new lovers in the house, Shehnaz Kaur Gill and Paras Chhabra left heartbroken

Week two started with a bang as contestants woke up grooving to Unchi hai building, starting the day on a happy note and gearing up for new challenges. Just when everything seemed to be hunky-dory between the contestants, Bigg Boss introduced new twists and wreaked havoc inside the house. Getting candid about his personal life, Paras Chhabra opened up about his relationship that turned unpleasant before entering the house. He also said that Shehnaz’s liking is growing stronger, but Mahira and Paras' friendship is upsetting her and she is turning envious.

As the new week commenced, it also called for nominations and this week also put the girls in a tight spot. This time around, the much-dreaded process got a fairytale touch. A trio was selected for multiple rounds wherein both the girls had to stand at two different windows and convince their male partner ‘why they should not be nominated’. This task brought out the pent-up frustrations to fore.

The first trio to face the process was Mahira, Shehnaz and Paras. While Mahira said that Paras can consider her as his loyal friend and someone he can count on throughout the season, Shehnaz exclaimed that she doesn’t appreciate Paras’ friendship with other girls. Paras, on the other hand, countered Shehnaz’s point of view by saying that even she did not respect their bond and has been ignoring him since morning. The nomination process left both Paras and Shehnaz broken and in tears.

Devoleena Bhattacharjee told Asim that she had nothing personal against him and whatever she did to him was just part of the task.

Up next, Rashami, Sidharth and Aarti’s trio went in for the nominations process. Rashami tried to convince Sidharth to keep her from getting nominated as she believes they know each other well and claimed that they have a strong connect hoping that it will only become stronger in the coming days. However, Sidharth had a different viewpoint and it got replicated in his actions.

Just when it got evident that Shehnaz is supported by most of the men in the house, Mahira and Devoleena began sensing a negative vibe from her. A lot happened in the kitchen area as well. Paras and Aarti got into a major argument on the cleaning of mugs. Things further heated up when Sidharth Shukla and Rashami Desai got into a brawl over their responsibilities and kitchen chores. But all this seemed to be having no impact on Siddhartha Dey and Shefali Bagga as they both seemed to be busy forming a new connection with each other.

In the end, Daljiet Kaur, Shehnaaz Kaur Gill, Rashami Desai and Koena Mitra get nominated for week 2.

Shefali gave Siddhartha Dey a white flower from the window during the nomination task. “Jo bhi humara connection bana hai, mujhe lagta hai ki wo behad strong hai.” Shehnaaz also told Shefali later that she is a true lover. The highlight of last night's episode was undoubtedly the close bond of Siddhartha Dey and Shefali Bagga as they both seemed to grow closer to each other. Will the duo fall in love on the show and confess it to each other? Well, only time shall say!
