The twelfth season of the controversial reality show Bigg Boss has failed to live up to the hype and impress the audience, so the makers are trying hard to make the show more interesting in a bid to up the TRPs. Now, as per reports, Bigg Boss 11 winner Shilpa Shinde is all set to spend some days within the house with none other than her arch-rival from the show Vikas Gupta. The two shared a volatile equation in the last season and was the talking point of the show. However, the two will stay only for two days in the Bigg Boss house.
Talking about being locked in the house again with Vikas, Shilpa told a leading daily, “I was surprised when I was offered this opportunity to go inside the house with Vikas. In fact, I asked the makers to consider someone else as my jodi, but they were clear that they wanted Vikas. When my brother (Ashutosh) learnt about it, he joked , ‘Aisa na ho ki saara ghar ek taraf ho jaye and we see you guys fighting again on the show’. I am not going to reveal my plan yet, but it would be fun to trouble him a bit again.”

She further added, “Last season, people saw different shades of our equation- from enmity to understanding and then being mature about the past. Outside the house, we have always been respectful towards each other — we are neither friends nor enemies. We have hardly spoken since the show ended, but that applies to every inmate who was with me last season. During the show, Vikas had mentioned that he would like to work with me in the future. I would like to say that I have now fulfilled my promise of working with him again. I don’t think I can work on a project if he is producing it, at least not at the moment.”

On the other hand, Vikas told the daily, “I am going inside the house with Shilpa, because we did well last season and people want to see us together again. It will be fun to reunite with her, as I have hardly been in touch with her. If you ask me who, among the current inmates, reminds me of Shilpa and me, I would say no one. The contestants this season are playing well and have their own individuality.”
Hopefully, Shilpa’s and Vikas’ stint in the house will bring some much-needed spice to the show.
