Bigg Boss 12 Weekend Ka Vaar Written Update: Salman threatens to sack contestants; Kajol promotes Helicopter Eela

Well we all knew that the contestants were not going to have it easy this week with the way things unfolded in the house. Host Salman Khan has never spared anyone who did not adhere to the boundaries of the show and this time as well, he did not mince his words to put the culprits in place. Be it Srishty or Shivashish. The show started on a lighter note and though the housemates were dressed in traditional outfits, keeping the spirit of Navratri alive, Salman reprimanded contestants who killed the spirit of the game.

Here’s all that happened at Weekend Ka Vaar:

Salman began with taking a dig at Dipika who was upset about Sreesanth’s eviction throughout the week. He spoke about the eviction and created suspense over who will be evicted between Nehha and Karanvir. Then, a task was given to the housemates wherein there were to choose cards which had one quality written on it and the housemates had to unanimously choose a person who exhibited the quality. The housemates had a tough time arriving at a conclusion in choosing who was - Shatir, Bewakoof, Double Dholki, Khalnayak, Kapti and Dhokebaaz. Arguments ensued following which Saba was tagged as Double Dholki, Deepak as Dhokebaaz, Karanvir as Kapatti, Shivashish as Bewakoof and Romil as Shatir. Salman, thereafter, took Bigg Boss’ third eye viewpoint on the choices and moved to Anup and Sreesanth. According to Anup and Sreesanth, Nehha should be bewakoof, Romil the kapati, Sourabh as double dholki as he knew about Shiv changing his hands during the captaincy task and Dipika is shatir.

Sree said that whatever Dipika did was because she wanted KV to be the captain, and also that she was insecure when Sree participated in the game. Anup backed Sree and said that the first two weeks he was not keeping well which affected his game and when he got into action in the third week, Dipika saw him as a threat. Salman said to Anup that game was all about the same. About Nehha being bewakoof, Sree said that she was being controlled by Dipika. Sree said that Dipika displayed different personality traits. Anup agreed and said that he always felt that Dipika had leadership skills but was manipulative. Salman then asked Sree about his statement he made when he said that he wanted to expose Nehha and Dipika and Sree said that he is clear about his opinions.

Next, Salman met the housemates and complimented them for their outfits. He told KV and Nehha that one of them will be nominated for sure. He then confronted the housemates on their decision of assigning the titles. He asked Surbhi why she felt that Dipika was Shatir. Surbhi said that Dipika completely deserved the title as she was using her screen image to her advantage and hiding her real persona. Surbhi also pointed out to Dipika voting out Sreesanth and said that if she saw Sree as a threat then she should have said that while voting against him. Dipika, in her defence, said that she resonates with Simar because she also gets angry but has a more sorted approach of handling it unless someone ends up pushing her to her threshold. The two had a minor spat.

Salman asked the band to dedicate a song for Dipika and they sang Dushman Na Karein while she smiled. Salman then asked Dipika the million dollar question; her decision to vote out Sreesanth. In her defence, she said that she only did that as Sreesanth was genuinely missing home. Romil countered Dipika’s argument by questioning her that if it would be okay to vote her out because she was missing her husband. Salman told her that if she felt what she did was with good intentions then she should not even attempt to explain the same to anyone. Surbhi continued accusing Dipika and Salman said that being Shatir meant being intelligent and that should be taken as a compliment.

For KV, the band sang Main Aisa Kyun Hoon while Salman confronted him about Shiv and Deepak’s incident. In his defence, KV said that he agreed that he disbelieved Deepak initially as he had the tendency of going overboard and making a mountain out of a molehill. In the heat of the moment, he initially did choose to look over Deepak. Somi countered him and said that he made it clear that he will go with Srishty as she is his friend. Salman then went to Sourabh and told him that he knew about the attack that Shiv was planning on Deepak. Sourabh blatantly refused and said that he does not recall anything of that sort. Salman was completely armed as he played the clip wherein Shiv acted out his move in front of Sourabh and Sree.

Salman also confronted Sourabh and said that he is startled with his pretense. He confronted Shivashish and he said that he did not deny that he got physical but he intended to attack the shield and not Deepak. Romil interfered and said that it definitely stemmed from personal reasons. Sourabh finally owned up and apologized. Salman asked Shivashish if it would be okay for him to be asked to leave the show, but he was adamant. Housemates, then, ganged up against Shivashish and he asked Deepak to come in for a one on one. Saba interfered and asked them to talk openly and Shiv said that it was their personal matter.

Shiv and Deepak have a one on one conversation and Shiv told him that he never aimed at him directly, it all happened by fluke. Shiv also played the Sourabh card and said that he knows that Deepak and Sourabh do not really get along but he has nothing to do with it as it’s their personal equation. Deepak said it was nothing to do with that and physically explained him what went wrong. Deepak apologized to Shiv for his past comments about flaunting his wealth and Shiv too apologized.

Salman then moved to the captaincy task and asked KV his opinion on who was more wrong. KV narrated the incident and did agree that Srishty was the one who came down with aggression. Salman then asked him who was 49% wrong and who was 51%. KV said that Srishty was 49% and Saba was 51%. Salman wasn’t convinced with his answer and lashed out at Saba and Srishty. The girls immediately apologized. Jasleen said that Srishty was aggressive but Saba’s push was more of a spontaneous reaction and Srishty lost her balance. Salman heard but chose to not react but he did not mince his words in criticizing Srishty for her actions. Salman said that the show has been moved to a family time band and hence they couldn’t show the entire part of what Srishty had done. Salman also reprimanded Srishty for harming herself. He said that had Srishty controlled her anger, things would have just been different. He went on to say that had it come out, then Srishty could have been in a lot of trouble. Salman warned Srishty that she could have gone to jail had she gotten physical with Saba. Salman was livid with the aggressive episodes one by one in the house and he warned the housemates that each year he thinks that good people are coming to the show and is excited about it but when he sees this, he regrets being part of the show. He told them strictly that this is not what he has signed up for. He made it clear that it is not just the show but even his own reputation that is on line and he shall not compromise on the same. Salman said that in the event of another attack, he will sack the person from the show without Bigg Boss’ consent. He said he does not care if Bigg Boss sacked him later. The housemates had no option but to quietly take his wrath.

Salman found it difficult to change his mood but managed to control his anger and came to eviction and asked KV to come out. Salman said that he was given the power to name the Gunhegaar of the week and then said he was fooling around and asked the housemates who they thought was the real “Gunehgaar” now. Majority of them voted for Shiv. Shiv entered the torture room and he was asked to chop onions.

Salman came out of the house and welcomed Kajol on the show as she arrived on set to promote her new film Helicopter Eela. He went down the memory lane and recalled an incident when Kajol got miffed at something and brought the whole house down. She had stormed out of the shoot in anger while shooting for a song from Karan Arjun. He recalled Shah Rukh Khan walking out next, followed by him and then the director cancelling the shoot. Kajol said that SRK actually came out to cheer for her so that the shoot could resume. They had a hearty laugh.

Salman also played a fun game with Kajol and asked her questions about her husband Ajay Devgn and with each answer, she had to pick up a piece of a puzzle and recognize Ajay’s face and create it. They both had fun and Kajol entered the house to spend time with the contestants.
