Heard of that saying - ‘There is many a slip between the cup and the lip’? Well, Kriti Verma’s situation in the Bigg Boss house on the eighth day of the controversial reality show was something similar. All that started with fun between Kriti and Shivashish did not really end in a good way as an angry Bigg Boss removed them from the safe zone and Roshmi was dragged into the whole drama quiet unnecessarily. She, of course, voiced her displeasure about the whole thing to Kriti, but will the story end here? Not just this, the Pathan sisters also continued with their jazz.
The show began with a hangover from the previous day when Urvashi went against her team and openly accused Somi of cheating during the pillow task. All the housemates were seen discussing the issue in the house. While everybody had their opinions, Jasleen seemed to have cracked the mystery of why Urvashi went against her team. As per her analysis, Urvashi did this to save her jodi from the upcoming nominations as the singles will be nominating the pairs. Saba and Somi stuck to their defensive ground strongly but Saba reprimanded Somi for cheating in the task and gave her a piece of her mind.
Somi lashed out on her sister and in fact, when Saba tried to explain the situation to her, she rudely told her that she cheated and asked her to refrain from interfering.
Nehha, on the other hand, was seen chatting with Dipika and others and said that this is the season of good and evil and no one is right or wrong. The singles in the house came up with the idea that the jodis are more in number and that can lead to a whole lot of trouble later.
Housemates woke up to the song Tip Tip Barsa Paani on the next day, completely unaware of what lay in store for them. Anup, in his flirtatious mood, sang for Jasleen. Nehha, Jasleen, Dipika and Kriti were busy allotting household work to contestants.
Jasleen was not too happy with Dipika and her ways and expressed her views to others. Kriti, yet again, pushed Shivashish into the pool while he was wearing his mic. Bigg Boss, thereafter, got furious and intervened. He ordered Anup to wear his mike. He then showed footage of housemates breaking the rules, from sleeping to talking in English. The housemates were completely unaware that of what was coming next. Bigg Boss voiced his displeasure and was especially angry with Kriti. Bigg Boss punished her jodi by taking away the power to not get nominated. Roshmi got unnecessarily dragged into the unsafe zone.
Soon, a huge argument ensued in the house and they got divided into two groups, one that supported Kriti and the others who were against them.
Bigg Boss announced open nominations and had set up a graveyard in the garden area. The contestants were asked to throw the nominated wax statue in the melting pot. The singles were asked to nominate and jodis will nominate the singles. The singles will nominate any two jodis and they will nominate two singles. Kriti and Roshmi can be nominated by anyone. No one could nominate Karanvir and Romil/Nirmal’s jodi as they were nominated by Bigg Boss. Kriti and Roshmi were given a right to save either a jodi or single. They save Urvashi and Deepak.

Karanvir nominated Saba-Somi, but the shocker came when he nominated Kirti-Roshmi as Kriti discussed nominations with him and asked him to save her. Roshmi got upset again.
After the nominations, a visibly upset Roshmi confronted Kriti. Arguments ensued between the housemates over the nominations. The Khan sisters targeted Kriti again and openly told everyone about the pact that they made before making Kriti the captain. Somi announces openly that Kriti had promised to use her power as a captain to save them but she never did. Kriti defends her captaincy by saying that it is a tough job with making the Khan sisters work. Dipika and the other singles discussed how Roshmi paid the price for Kriti’s mistake.
The preview showed a glimpse of the task between singles and jodis and that didn’t look pretty at all. Will the singles are able to overpower jodis or will they win again? Keep reading this space for daily updates on Bigg Boss 12.
