After much wait and speculations on their return to India from New York, it seems actor couple Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor are finally on their way back to Mumbai. The couple who has been residing in the Big Apple for almost a year now for Rishi's cancer treatment, is now reportedly geared up to board their flight to Mumbai. Interestingly, their journey began on the veteran actor's 67th birthday on Wednesday. Can't believe? Well, you got to believe this as we have a solid proof.
A popular photographer shared a picture of Rishi and Neetu with their fan at the New York airport. In the picture, we can see Rishi all happy to meet his family and friends back home after a year.
Rishi and his wife Neetu travelled to the Big Apple for the former's cancer treatment in September 2018. However, it was only in April this year that the nation got to know about the actor suffering from Big C and that's when he was declared cancer-free. While rumours that were rife that he will be back in the first week of September, settled down of late, leaving fans awaiting his arrival disappointed. But now, it seems the time to rejoice and welcome back our beloved couple is here.
