Kriti Sanon has been on a roll lately. The actress who made her Bollywood debut with Heropanti opposite Tiger Shroff found her footing in the industry with Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari’s Bareilly Ki Barfi and followed it up with a stellar performance in Dinesh Vijan’s production Luka Chuppi that released earlier this year. Although her last release Arjun Patiala failed miserably at the box office it has not exactly dampened the actress’ excitement and worth.
Although, there is no confirmation on the actress signing any new film, however, a trade website reported that Kriti has locked her next film. The film is going to be woman-centric and is backed by Aanand L Rai. The film in question will be helmed by director Vinil Mathew whose last directorial was Parineeti Chopra and Sidharth Malhotra starrer Hasee Toh Phasee.
The other details about the film are currently under wraps as the makers are finalizing the rest of the cast and other credits of the film. Watch this space for more details about Kriti’s role and other tidbits about the film.
Kriti will be next seen in Ashutosh Gowariker’s period war drama Panipat that also stars Arjun Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt. She has already completed the shoot of the film.
