Here's why Misha-Zain weren't taken for Shahid Kapoor's wax statue unveiling and the reason Mira Rajput wants to leave her hubby with the 'madam'!

Shahid Kapoor is the next Bollywood star to own a wax statue at the renowned Madame Tussauds Singapore museum. During an interview with a leading daily about the statue, Shahid said he and his wife Mira Rajput have decided to not take their kids Misha Kapoor and Zain Kapoor along with them for the unveiling ceremony as it will be 'traumatic' for them to see 'two dads'.

"As for Misha and Zain, we don’t plan to take them for the unveiling of the statue. Otherwise, they may think, ‘wow, what just happened?’ as it could be a traumatic experience for them to see two dads (laughs). So, only Mira will join me," Shahid was quoted.

Answering a question on the reaction of his family upon hearing about the wax replica, Shahid said everyone including his parents Pankaj Kapur-Neelima Azeem and in-laws Vikramaditya Rajput and Bela Rajput had a big smile on their face. "Everyone including my wife, in-laws, as well as my parents. They all had a big smile on their face when they learnt about it. They were like, ‘oh, it’s great’. All of them had a genuine reaction of happiness and surprise," Shahid quipped.

Coming to Mira, she accompanied her husband to the wax museum and shared a picture with the replica and reel Shahid and wrote, "Taking mine home but left one for you Madam". Aww! that's sheer cuteness.
