Ekta Kapoor’s Kasautii Zindagi Kay 2's starring Erica Fernandes (Prerna), Parth Samthaan (Anurag), Hina Khan (Komolika) is witnessing a surge in ratings after the high-intensity drama. As we all know that Komolika (Hina Khan) is taking a short break from the show as she is off to Cannes, the makers are carefully penning the track so that they don’t lose out on the rating. Head Honcho of Balaji Telefilms Ekta Kapoor is planning to introduce the character of Mr. Bajaj in the reboot version.
For the unversed, TV's superstar, Ronit Roy essayed the role of Mr. Bajaj in the old version of Kasauti and Bajaj is still one of the most iconic characters in TV shows.

As Mr. Bajaj is set to enter the show, Ekta today shared a video clip of Ronit’s from his Kasauti days on her social media and gave a subtle hint that she has found Mr. Bajaj for her Prerna in the running show (Kasautii Zindagi Kay 2). Ekta Kapoor captioned the video, “The time has come! To say bye to @ronitboseroy as d iconic mr bajaj! N d search for d new one@begins! I have cast (n not casted’ As someone told me) Ronit in many roles but this remains our most iconic one together @iam_ejf @the_parthsamthaan @realhinakhan @poojabanerjeee @subhavi all have been perfect as anurag Prerna komo Nivi .. willl bajaj match up( hmmmm)"
Interestingly, Erica who plays the role of Prerna in the show commented on the post and asked, ‘Who's Mr Bajaj?’ To which Ekta Said, “Prena wait!! One guess He is HOT!
