Shweta Tiwari's daughter, Palak signs out of her Bollywood debut film -- Quickie

Actress Shweta Tiwari's teenage daughter, Palak Tiwari was debuting in Bollywood opposite Darsheel Safary in a film titled Quickie. A teenage love story, the movie was being directed by Praveen Atluri. The project created a little buzz because it was launching Palak, who is already one of the popular star-kids on TV.

However, seems like audience will have to wait a little longer to see Palak on screen. Shweta has posted on Instagram that Palak will not be working on Quickie because she wants her to concentrate on her XIIth grade exams. She has also revealed that while Palak's debut is on the way, it is not going to be through Quickie.

Earlier, talking about working on the film, Palak had told a leading daily, "This is my first film and I am really looking forward to it. I just hope it will be a great journey, like I expected it to be, and people will appreciate this film. I have a great time working with Darsheel. He is very experienced and a great actor. It was really fun working with him".

Palak is Shweta and Raja Choudhary's daughter. The actress divorced Choudhary in 2007 after lodging the complaint of physical abuse against him. She then married actor Abhinav Kohli in 2013 and gave birth to a baby boy, Reyaansh Kohli, in 2016. Shweta had also won season 5 of Colors' controversial reality TV show, Bigg Boss in 2011. This was the same season in which actress Sunny Leone debuted on the show. It was hosted by both Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt.

It's been a while since we saw Shweta working on a full fledged TV show. Here's hoping to just not see Palak but her mother as well on screen soon!
