Recently Deepika Padukone called her husband Ranveer Singh her ‘biggest cheerleader’ as he shared her Beqaboo track on social media and two grooved to it while inside a car. Little did we know that she legit meant it and Ranveer is not done yet heaping praise on his wifey dearest. Taking to Instagram today, he shared another steamy picture of the two locking lips in an exotic location and quoted lines from her song Doobey from Gehraiyaan after being blown away by her performance in the film.
The picture looks like it could be a still from the actress’ film Gehraiyaan but instead of co-star Siddhant Chaturvedi, it is Ranveer who is locking lips with Deepika. Ranveer applauded Deepika’s performance and wrote, “Doobey…haan doobey…Ek dooje mein yahaan… Tour de force Transcendent, superlative and sublime! What an absolute masterclass of a performance, baby! Such fine, nuanced and heartfelt artistry! … at your consummate and peerless best in this one! You make me so proud! @deepikapadukone #gehraiyaan.”
Gehraiyaan also stars Ananya Panday and Dhairya Karwa in the lead. Rajat Kapoor and Naseeruddin Shah feature in pivotal roles. Directed by Shakun Batra, the film premiered today on Amazon Prime Video to rave reviews.
