On September 18, PeepingMoon.com had exclusively informed its readers that Kriti Sanon and Rajkummar Rao's Hum Do Hamare Do will be skipping its intended theatrical release. The film revolving around the adoption of parents will be premiering on OTT. Now, the news has been confirmed. Maddock Films, the company that produced Hum Do Hamare Do, shared the first teaser of the film on social media.
In the teaser, we are introduced to Rajkummar and Kriti's characters. The latter expresses her desire to marry the former and wants to meet his parents. However, Rajkummar's character is an orphan and in order to take his relationship with Kriti's character ahead, he decides to adopt his parents. He brings in Paresh Rawal and Ratna Pathak as his parents.
Hum Do Hamare Do will release on Disney+Hotstar on Diwali. The exact date of release is yet to be announced. The film is directed by Abhishek Jain and also stars Aparshakti Khurana, Manu Rishi Chadha, Prachee Shah Paandya.
