Richa Chadha, Saiyami Kher, Abhishek Banerjee and others star in Amazon Prime's anthology 'Unpaused'; teaser out now

The makers of Amazon Prime Video's Unpaused unveiled the trailer today afternoon. Unpaused is an anthology that brings together 5 unique creators of Hindi cinema – Nikkhil Advani, Raj & DK, Tannishtha Chatterjee, Nitya Mehra, and Avinash Arun featuring stories of love, new beginnings, second chances, and a glimmer of hope – set and filmed in the times of the COVID-19 lockdown.

The teaser opens with a voiceover which declares that a nationwide curfew has been imposed, setting the premise from March, when a lockdown to contain COVID-19 was announced. The teaser highlights a number of characters and moments based on friendship and hope in the midst of the pandemic. The official synopsis of Unpaused say the anthology, filmed during lockdown, is about "love, new beginnings, second chances, and a glimmer of hope."

Starring Richa Chadha, Ishwak Singh, Sumeet Vyas, Lillete Dubey, Rinku Rajguru, Ratna Pathak Shah, Shardul Bhardwaj, Abhishek Banerjee, Geetika Vidya, Ohlyan Palash Prajapati, Gulshan Devaiah, Saiyami Kher and Komal Chhabria, the anthology revolves around five stories of unique people amid the nationwide lockdown. 

The trailer will release on December 8, 2020.
