The teaser of Hina Khan’s and Kushal Tandon’s upcoming Zee5 Original film titled Unlock: The Haunted App has been released. The two actors are sharing the screen space for the first time in a pretty scary horror film. Recently, Hina braved the COVID-19 scare to dub for the film.
The teaser shows Hina and Kushal playing characters that seem to have ulterior motives for murder. In the teaser we get to hear a background voice saying, “Suhani, tumhari wish kya hai,’ as Hina downloads the app that Kushal claims to be the ‘same website through which you can get anyone murdered.’

Unlock: The Haunted App will reportedly see Hina (Suhani) do anything to keep the man of her dreams Kushal to herself. When faced with a competitor for his affections in the form of her flat-mate Aditi, she installs an app off the deep web that grants your darkest wishes. Things get pretty ugly and the question arises whether she will get her desired wish fulfilled or gets trapped in her own deed.
Unlock: The Haunted App also stars Aditi Arya and Rishabh Sinha. It is bankrolled by Krasnaya Corporation LLP and Horse Films LLP and directed by Debatma Mandal. It will release on Zee5 on June 27.
