Watch: Sakshi Tanwar, Mona Singh, Nidhi Singh and Palomi Ghosh prove 'kuch udaanon ke liye pankh nahi, jazbe ki zarurat hoti hai' in M-O-M's first teaser

The Czarina of Indian television and now of digital content, Ekta Kapoor is all set to bring to the audience the inspiring story of four women scientists who pulled off an impossible mission to the Mars through Mangalyaan in 2013. As the producer and head honcho of the popular digital entertainment platform ALT Balaji, Ekta, will present the Mission-Over-Mars through an edutainment format with the web series M-O-M, featuring Sakshi Tanwar, Mona Singh, Nidhi Singh and Palomi Ghosh in lead roles. And now, after introducing its characters through interesting posters, the makers have finally dropped in the much-awaited teaser of the space drama. ALT Balaji in a unique double teaser launch will unveil the other promo on August 15 while the final trailer will come out on August 16. 

Speaking of the promo, Sakshi, Mona, Nidhi and Palomi as Nandita Hariprasad, Moushumi Ghosh, Neetu Sinha and Meghan Reddy pay a perfect tribute to the nation with their undying spirit to make the Mission Over Mars a success. The actresses build up the excitement to watch the show. Grand and realistic sets act as brownie points while the background music is sure to give you goosebumps. M-O-M is an inspiring story of four women scientists at Indian Space Agency, who overcome insurmountable technical deficiencies to mount the successful Mars Orbiter Mission. Showcasing the multidimensional lives they lead as wives, daughters, mothers, and space scientists, the series focuses on how the four ladies decimate all obstacles, both social and scientific, making India proud. Touted to be mounted on a budget of Rs.35 Cr., the show has been shot on 500 different sets. M-O-M will be helmed by Nupur Asthana. M-O-M is based on the three women scientists who were critical in making Mangalyaan a reality - Seetha Somasundaram, Nandini Harinath and Minal Rohit. The premiere date of the show is yet to be announced.
