Thank you for making our childhood awesome: Rubina Dilaik to Kapil Sharma, television fraternity pays an emotional tribute to legendary singer KK

Bollywood playback singer Krishnakumar Kunnath, fondly known as KK, left the music and film industry as well as the millions of fans in utter state of mouning with his untimely passing on Tuesday, May 31.  He breathed his last at the age of 53 shortly after performing live in Kolkata last night. After returning to his hotel room, he reportedly complained of uneasiness. Despite rushing him to a hospital, the doctors couldn't save him.

The sudden demise of the music maestro sent shock waves all across the country. Actors from the television industry offered their condolences to KK’s family and fans and paid a heartfelt tribute to the departed singer. Sharing an image of the singer along with his famous songs, celebs remembered the music legend by posting a tribute on their Instagram stories.

Actors and former Bigg Boss contestants, Aly Goni, Rubina Dilaik, Paras Chabra, Mahira Sharma, Arti Singh and Rashami Desai mourned the loss of the legendary singer.

Still trying to process the ‘unbelievable loss,’ Ridhi Dogra grieved over the loss of KK’s untimely demise.

‘Shocked and sad’ MunMun Dutta paid her heartfelt tribute to the departed singer.

Karan Wahi shared an emoji as a tribute to the singer.

‘Extremely shocked’ Shekhar Suman termed KK’s demise as a ‘huge loss.’

Comedian Kapil Sharma took to Instagram to post his tribute in Hindi. He said: "We met some time ago. What a beautiful evening it was. I didn't know that meeting would be the last.
