Kapil Sharma will be back on the television to have us laugh out loud again with his new show Family Time with Kapil Sharma. This will be his third venture. He made a mark with his show Comedy Nights with Kapil Sharma and basically set standards for comedy in the industry. After many controversies and being off the small screen for long, the wait will be over soon. The show is said to go on air in March.

This show will reportedly be different from his previous formats. Yet, he will be joined by his former co-stars, Chandan Prabhakar, Kiku Sharda, Sumona Chakravarti to play fun games and activities.

A close source informs, “Kapil wanted to try something different from his previous one and the channel agreed to take a risk. After a lot of meetings and discussions, the channel has signed a deal with the comedian for a new show which would be more like a reality show. But the format and the concept will be totally different from the one that viewers have seen so far.”
In a recent interview, Kapil had said, “I am deeply touched by the warmth and love the audience has showered on us over the years. It’s their belief and undying devotion that encourages us to continue to reinvent ourselves and bring smiles to every household week on week. I am grateful to Sony Entertainment Channel for believing in me and our show and supporting us in creating and bringing unlimited entertainment to every household every weekend.”
The suspense is finally over and now the wait begins. But something tells us the wait will be worth it!
