Kajal Aggarwal and Gautam Kitchlu who celebrated one month of marriage returned from their honeymoon in The Maldives to Chennai. However, as per reports, Kajal is on a work trip as she met with director Deekay for a story narration. According to reports, Kajal is all set to reunite with Deekay for a horror film which also has four other leading heroines. A formal and official announcement is awaited on the project.
Sharing a photo with Kajal and Gautam, Deekay wrote, “And then they happened!!! Oh what fun @kajalaggarwalofficial @kitchlug.” Kajal replied to the post and wrote, "Super fun day (sic)," with a hug and heart emojis. Reportedly, the actress was impressed with the story and greenlighted the project which is yet untitled. A trial shoot also happened at Chennai that pleased the director.
A leading daily quoted a source, “Deekay will be directing a horror movie, which will have four heroines playing the lead roles. It’s not an anthology, but the horror element in the story will be a jugalbandi of sorts — there will be horror that will bring audiences to the edge of their seat, horror that will scare the living daylights out of you, horror that will drive you crazy.”
The source further added, “They also did a trial shoot, to understand the look and feel of the film, and are happy with the outcome. The team is also in talks with a few other top actresses from the industry to play the leads. An official announcement will be made soon.” Deekay and Kajal have worked together previously in Kavalai Vendam that also starred Jiiva.
