'Divine' Nayanthara with RJ Balaji tackles the issue of fake Godmen in the trailer of 'Mookuthi Amman'

Nayanthara has attained the title of Lady Superstar for a reason. With her magnificent presence and acting skills, she continues to rule the South cine industry. Now, she is gearing up for the digital release of her upcoming Tamil and Telugu language film Mookuthi Amman on November 14. The film co-starring RJ Balaji in the lead will premiere on Disney+Hotstar. Ahead of its Diwali release, the makers of Mookuthi Amman dropped in the trailer on the occasion of Dussehra.

The 2 minutes 30 seconds long trailer introduces us to RJ Balaji's character and his mother, played by Urvashi. The family is leading a difficult life and the mother expresses her desire to visit their ancestral temple. Then comes Nayanthara who is Mookuthi Amman and promises to make their life better. She wants people to understand the true meaning of devotion. The trailer is home to some interesting topics and attempts to start a conversation about anti-social elements. It has a dialogue that the one who says he is an atheist is better than the one who claims his God is better than the other. Issues like fake Godmen, water pollution etc are tackled well.
