Rana Daggubati and his fiancée Miheeka Bajaj gave a major surprise yesterday morning by sharing stunning pictures from roka ceremony where both the families met to plan the calendar till the wedding. Soon after the pictures went viral, fans couldn't stop gushing over the new couple in tinsel town. While the intimate function took place at Hyderabad's Ramanaidu Studios, the admirers of the Akkineni-Daggubati family were updated with the happenings through social media.
Giving a glimpse into the function, Samantha Akkineni, whose husband Naga Chaitanya is Rana's first cousin, shared a family picture on her Instagram handle. The Majili actress, for the private ceremony, opted for a bright yellow ethnic wear and cut out a stunning picture. Her husband Chaitanya was seen in a checkered shirt and trousers. Miheeka's brother Samarth Bajaj and his wife Sasha Rawal Bajaj were also seen posing for the cameras.
In yet another picture that was available on Twitter, Rana and Miheeka painted a beautiful family portrait.
Rana and Miheeka, as per the former's father Suresh Babu, are looking for a December 2020 wedding. If everything works out well, the ceremony will take place earlier too. “The wedding will happen this year. We were thinking of having it around December but it could happen even sooner than that too. We will reveal the details once things are finalised. One thing’s for sure, the kids have given us a nice way to enhance our lockdown productivity. We’ll now be busy planning a wedding,” Suresh told in an interview.
