Vijay Deverakonda is undoubtedly the heartthrob of Tollywood. Be it romance, action or his drool-worthy looks, he knows how to win hearts. Now, as the shoot of Vijay's pan-India film with Puri Jagannadh co-starring Ananya Panday is stalled due to the outbreak of Coronavirus, he seems to be utilising the lockdown period to consider new projects to his repertoire. According to reports, Vijay is said to headline actor-producer Mahesh Babu and his wife Namrata Shirodkar's upcoming film.
As per reports, Mahesh, who is bankrolling Adivi Sesh and Sobhita Dhulipala's Major based on the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, might produce the venture which is said to be a pan-India release. An official announcement of the same is awaited. More details on the story, leading lady and director are yet to be confirmed.
Vijay was last seen in World Famous Lover with Aishwarya Rajesh, Izabelle Leite and Raashi Khanna. The Kranthi Madhav directorial released on February 14, 2020. His upcoming Puri Jagannadh film is jointly produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions along with Jagannadh and Charmme Kaur. The film also stars Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy, Vishu Reddy, Aali and Getup Srinu.
Mahesh, on the other hand, is collaborating with SS Rajamouli and Parasuram for his next.
