Not Shraddha Kapoor but Emma Roberts reportedly in talks with S S Rajamouli to play Jr NTR's love interest in RRR

After the humongous success of Bahubali, director S S Rajamouli upped the anticipation by announcing yet another period drama RRR featuring Jr. NTR and Ram Charan Teja from the Southern belt while Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn were roped in from Bollywood with British actress Daisy Edgar Jones in an important role. However, just a few days after the announcement, Daisy, who was supposed to play the role of Jr NTR's love interest, backed out from the film stating personal reasons. Now, in the latest development surrounding this role, a report in a leading daily suggested that Rajamouli, currently in the United States, is in talks with Emma Roberts as Daisy's replacement. A source close to the film told the daily that he will conduct a look test to finalise her for the film. However, an official confirmation about the same is yet to be made.

On July 4, Rajamouli, on Twitter informed that he is travelling to Washington for some 'personal work' and if sources close to RRR film are to be believed then he has gone to finalise the heroine for the film as it is difficult to proceed with shooting without roping one.
