The episode of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 begins with Prerna's mother asking Anurag why Prerna agreed to get married to Navin. Nivedita says that she agreed as she wanted his wealth.
Anurag later tells everyone the real reason behind Prerna's agreement to the wedding. Anurag tells Mohini was blinded by Navin's love and didn't realise when Anurag earlier told them about Navin's reality.
Ramesh slaps Navin. Navin holds a knife against Anurag's chest. He says that he tried to kill Anurag during the Haldi ceremony.
He tries to hurt Anurag but Prerna screams and snatches the knife from him. She then slaps Navin. Meanwhile, Madhuri snatches the knife from Prerna and says that she helped Anurag as she wanted Navin. Madhuri and Navin then run away.
