The latest episode of Naagin 3 begins with Bela coming out of the Shiva temple and Maahir sees her. Maahir’s mother and father are concerned for Bela and ask her to inform all whenever she goes out. Maahir’s mother asks him to give Bela their family’s inherent bangles.
As it soon strikes 12 am, Bela slowly starts turning into a Naagin. Rehan sends a voice message stating that Bela is a Naagin. Vishakha tries to stop Maahir from entering Bela’s room. Adi comes to know of Bela’s real identity. Vishakha uses her strategy and deletes the voice note from Adi’s phone.

Maahir gives the traditional bangle to Bela and goes to sleep. Bela goes back to the time when she was Ruhi and when her mother Naagrani had explained to her about an ichhadaari Naagin. Paulomi says that her daughter Suhani and Bela will cook for the first in the same kitchen. Everyone is in search of Rehan in the meantime. Maahir comes to their Suhani and Bela's rescue. Suhani’s husband helps too.
Vish comes inside the kitchen and tells Bela how to kill Maahir. Bela puts poison in the desserts to kill Maahir but mistakenly her sister in law Kuhu takes away the bowl. Bela somehow stops Kuhu from eating. Suddenly, the police come up at the house with Rehan’s body. Everybody is shocked.
