The week has begun and so has the hustle! Here is today's B'town gym diary. Our paps in the city spotted Kareena Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Shahid Kapoor, Shibani Dandekar, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sidharth Malhotra, Amit Sadh, Nidhi Agerwal, Abhay Deol.

Kareena's and her BFF Malaika's gym diaries are quite literally body fitness goals for people of all ages and here they are, yet again to give some daily dose of motivation. While Kareena was seen a black attire, Malaika was seen in a white and blue gym outfit.

Shahid has been back on track with his gymming. Shahid, too, was seen in an all-black gym outfit.

Shibani was seen posing for the paps after her gym sessions donning an Ivy Park t-shirt and blue gym shorts.

Sidharth was also seen outside the gym in black joggers and pink t-shirt, hiding under a black dad-cap.

Others seen at the gym were Aditya, Amit, Nidhi and a little sneak peek of Abhay was clicked by the shutterbugs.
