It was a close knit and private affair for the Kapoors when Shahid celebrated wife Mira’s 23rd birthday last night. The celebration started in the evening when Sasha & Mira along with their one-year-old cute daughter Misha were spotted on an ice cream treat outing. Later, in their backyard, the father-daughter duo cut a cake with Mira.

At night, Shahid and Mira along with the actor's step brother Ishaan Khattar were seen at a suburban restaurant in the city, however, sans Misha. Unlike Shahid’s star-studded birthday bash, Mira’s birthday was more about spending time with her family.

As usual, Mrs. Kapoor stole the spotlight in her blue-black mesh LBD and grey Louboutins, while Shahid kept it casual in his navy blue t-shirt paired with white pants with blue tinge and shoes. Ishaan looked dapper in a basic black tee, grey pants and matching shoes. Three of them happily posed for the shutterbugs.

In between, Mira looked smashing, and our fashion meter scores her 10/10!

Mira, despite being an outsider, has never shied away from giving out her opinions, and made a fantastic debut alongside hubby Shahid in Koffee With Karan, outshining her own spouse and how!

Also seen at the bash was choreographer Bosco Martis, who is a close friend of the actor's.

On a side note, Ishaan has opted for an unconventional debut. He’ll start his acting career with Iranian filmmaker Majid Majidi's next, Beyond The Clouds. The first look poster of the film was revealed at the prestigious Berlin Film Festival and the shoot has almost ended. The film deals with the relationship between brother and sister.  Reportedly, Ishaan's first Hindi movie will be opposite Sridevi and Boney Kapoor’s elder daughter Jhanvi. They’ll work together on the Hindi remake of Marathi film Sairat which will be produced by Karan Johar.
