Akshay Kumar's mother Aruna Bhatia passed away this morning, the actor informed on social media. Aruna Bhatia was taken critically ill recently and was admitted to the ICU of Hiranandani Hospital in Powai, Mumbai. The alarming news had brought Akshay back to Mumbai leaving his shooting schedule in London for Ranjit Tewari’s psychological thriller Cinderella for the time being. However, the actor lost his mother this morning.
Now, to offer condolences and pay last respects, several Bollywood stars and filmmakers have arrived at the Vile Parle crematorium for the funeral. Rohit Shetty, Riteish Deshmukh, Sajid Khan, R Balki, Ramesh Taurani, Murad Khetani, Kanika Dhillon & Himanshu Sharma were seen Vile Parle crematorium as they arrived to pay tribute to Akshay's mother at her funeral.
