Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone get travel-ready as they head to Tirupati to bring in their first wedding anniversary


Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are undoubtedly Bollywood's most adored and admired couple. Be it their impeccable chemistry onscreen or hilarious social media banters in real, they just know how to win hearts. Now, as DeepVeer, as they are fondly addressed by their fans, clock a year of togetherness on Thursday and Friday that is November 14 and 15, the Bajirao Mastani co-stars headed to Tirupati to bring in the celebrations by seeking the blessings of Venkateswara Swamy and Padmavati. 

Ranveer and Deepika, who will be joined by their respective families in for the darshan, jetted off on Wednesday afternoon from the private airport at Mumbai. Dressed in a pair of comfortable pants and turtleneck top, Deepika looked chic while Ranveer kept it simple in pants and a casual tee. Upon spotting the cameras, the Gully Boy star waved back at them before entering into the airport gate.

Deepika and Ranveer, after their visit to Tirupati, will be heading to Amritsar's renowned and pious Golden Temple on Friday. Post which they will be returning to Mumbai on the same day. 

Ranveer and Deepika tied the knot in November last year in Italy with close family members in attendance. The wedding took place as per both, Sindhi and Konkani rituals. Upon returning to India, the couple held receptions for those who couldn't be a part of the wedding. Workwise, they will share the screen space for the first time after marriage in Kabir Khan's '83 where Ranveer plays the role of Kapil Dev while Deepika is his wife, Romi Dev. The film is scheduled to release on April 10, 2020.
