The actors will be teaming up for the upcoming film Khaali Peeli produced by Ali and for the same, they attended a meeting at the former's office. For the outing, Ishaan opted for black shorts and tee.

Khaali Peeli will mark both Ananya's and Ishaan's third film in the industry as Pati, Patni Aur Woh and the official adaption of the book A Suitable Boy is their second film respectively. Khaali Peeli is directed by Maqbool Khan and is scheduled to go on floors on September 11, 2019. It is slated for a June 12, 2020 release.
