The stranger-than-fiction story of Sanjay Dutt that has been so graphically captured in the trailer of Sanju, makes the wait for the film all the more exciting. Kudos, Rajkumar Hirani, Ranbir Kapoor and the man himself, Sanjay Dutt – for telling this story the way it needed to be told. The actor-director duo was recently spotted in the city promoting the film at the ETC office.
Written and directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the film will also star an ensemble cast in addition to Ranbir Kapoor which includes Anushka Sharma, Paresh Rawal, Sonam Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Karishma Tanna, Manisha Koirala, Jim Sarbh, Vicky Kaushal and Boman Irani in pivotal roles.
Produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra Films and Rajkumar Hirani Films in association with Fox star studios, Sanju is all set to be released on June 29, 2018.
