Prince William- Kate Middleton & Prince Harry-Meghan Markle reunite after Queen Elizabeth's death; reconciliation on the way?

Prince William and Prince Harry reunited on Saturday to overlook floral tributes given to the late Queen Elizabeth II. The warring brothers, along with their respective wives Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle greeted well-wishers who were mourning the demise of the longest-serving monarch of the United Kingdom.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex along with the newly-minted Prince and Princess of Wales were seen dressed in black at the gates of Windsor Castle. The couples were last seen together at the Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey in 2020. After the pictures went viral, netizens were hopeful that a private reconciliation will be on the way. As per reports, William-Kate and Harry-Meghan are expected to stay for the Queen's funeral at Westminster Abbey in London on September 19.

The relationship between the brothers turned sour when Harry got married to mixed-race American actress Meghan in 2018. After admitting that he and his brother were on different paths, the Duke of Sussex along with his wife quit royal life in early 2020.

Reportedly, Harry and Meghan are staying at Frogmore Cottage on the Windsor estate, which is said to be just a stone's throw from William and Kate's new home, Adelaide Cottage. As per reports, the brothers didn't even meet during the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations in June.

After the death of the Queen, Harry and Meghan's children Archie and Lilibet got the title of Prince and Princess.
