Justin Bieber reveals right side of his face is paralysed due to a rare syndrome called Ramsay Hunt, calls it a 'pretty serious' condition

Renowned singer Justin Bieber took to Instagram to reveal to his followers that he has a rare syndrome called Ramsay Hunt Syndrome which causes facial paralysis. Due to this, the right side of the singer's face is paralyzed. Therefore, he has postponed his tour until he gets better. Justin shared the video after he canceled his shows in Toronto and Washington, D.C. The singer demonstrated in the video that he could barely move one side of his face, calling the ailment “pretty serious.” He captioned it, “IMPORTANT PLEASE WATCH. I love you guys and keep me in your prayers”

In a video posted on Instagram, Justin said he had contracted Ramsay Hunt syndrome, which affected nerves in his ear and face. He noted that his right eye was not blinking, adding “I can’t smile on this side of my face. This nostril will not move. So there’s full paralysis on this side of my face.” "As you can see, this eye is not blinking, I can't smile on this side of my face, this nostril will not move," Bieber explained in a video.

"So, there's full paralysis on this side of my face. So for those who are frustrated by my cancellations of the next shows, I'm just physically, obviously, not capable of doing them. This is pretty serious, as you can see." The Peaches singer said he was doing facial exercises and taking time to "rest and relax and get back to 100 percent so I can do what I was born to do." He did not give an estimated timeline for his recovery.

Several prayers and wishes came in the comments section for him to get better. Shawn Mendes wrote, “love you so much. I admire you so much.” Justin Timberlake wrote, “Love you, bro. Prayers up and sending lots of healing vibes!”
