Rapper Drake set a record with the most wins ever as he took home 12 honours at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards, surpassing singer Taylor Swift’s 23 awards. 

Like even Game of Thrones fan, even he was pumped about what went down in the latest episode of the show and decided to give a shout out to the character Arya Stark during his speech.

During the award ceremony, which took place on Wednesday night, Drake won 12 awards for categories including Top Artist and Top Billboard 200 Album, which brought his total up to 27 awards.

While accepting the award for Top Billboard 200 album for Scorpion, Drake concluded his speech with a giant smirk and the line, "Shout-out to Arya Stark for putting in that work last week, ayy!" For those who haven't watched the latest Game of Thrones episode yet, we won't spoil it here... but we can confirm that Arya, played by Maisie Williams did, indeed, put in that work during the Battle of Winterfell.
