With the most awaited battle -The Battle of Winterfell won in the favor of the North, expect another spectacular war of the Queens on the final season of Game Of Thrones. Now the North being free from the Dead Army, Daenerys Targaryen can focus back on the one aim that she had all her life – The Iron Throne. Buckle up for the Final War!
With what we saw in the Battle of Winterfell, there was a huge loss of blood and lives. Presuming that her army of Dothraki and Unsullied has shrunk considerably in size, and death of some pivotal characters such as Jorah Mormont and Melisandre; this might not be a good head start for Dany. Not to forget there is another rightful heir to the throne in the picture - Jon Snow or shall we say Aegon Targaryen? We still don't know how this will pan out for both of them.
Cersei, on the other hand, was smart enough not to invest her army in the battle against the dead as what seemed like a losing war. With Euron Greyjoy bringing in the massive army and supplies from the Golden Company, the odds are in her favor. We still don’t know anything about the elephants!
Also, did somebody said Cleganebowl??! We are so looking forward to this Sandor v/s Gregor battle!
But, the makers of the show, David Benioff and D.B. Weiss have a reputation to pull out a magic trick up their sleeves. Is it going to be that predictable and simple? Hell no!
The Dragon Queen against the Queen of the Seven Kingdoms and Clegane brothers on each side, we think this is going to be one hell of a battle. Who do you root for?
