Influencer and new mum Diipa Büller-Khosla turns entrepreneur with her Ayurveda-backed beauty brand ‘Indē Wild’

Global influencer and new mum on the block Diipa Büller-Khosla is not a new name to the fashion fraternity thanks to her high-end brand collaborations with established designing houses such as Dior, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Sabyasachi, Manish Malhotra, to name a few, and of course, a strong social media presence. Nearly seven years after she quit law, Diipa has emerged as one of the successful globally based Indian influencers with a massive following of over 14 million users. A regular on the red carpet of the Cannes Film Festival and on the front pages of high-end magazines, our newest yummy-mummy Diipa has now added another feather to her multifaceted hat by stepping into the shoes of a beauty entrepreneur. In a conversation with a leading magazine, Diipa spilled the beans about her new venture.

Five months after having her first baby girl Dua, the social media superstar is now all set to launch her second baby soon. Called Ind Wild, her beauty brand is a perfect blend of Ayurveda and clean chemistry. The idea of launching her own beauty brand came up in 2019. “That’s the first time I thought, ‘I am ready for this.’ Instead of constantly promoting other brands, I see the niche missing for a consumer like me, a brown girl making her mark,” she said.

Having suffered from skincare issues in the past, Diipa was always determined to bring something organic to the table. And thus, what could have been launched in six months took more than two years as the beauty wiz wanted to start all over from the scratch, leaving no stone unturned. “I have always laid out my ups, downs and struggles for my followers. If I presented a brand that wasn’t completely transparent, no one would believe I created it,” said Diipa.

Diipa wanted her genie in the bottle to resonate for all ‘modern-desi woman with her desi defining all South Asian women worldwide. “We love our culture and we love our mothers and grandmothers. But we also want to be financially independent, love who we want to love and make our choices independently. My brand is inspired from this insane groundswell of it’s-my-time-now feminism.”

All set to launch on October 11, 2021, the highly-anticipated first look of the product will be unveiled on the brand’s social media page on September 18. We can’t wait already!
