Monique Lhuillier has been stealing hearts with her impeccable taste and sartorial artistry for a while now. Now, the fashion maven is all set to venture in the world of godly scents and we're ecstatic!
Launching her namesake perfume ahead of her label's 25th Anniversary, here's what we know about this sweet surprise:
Floral, feminine and utterly romantic, the perfume holds notes like hyacinth, bergamot, cassis, freesia, lily of the valley, and centifolia rose which blends into a more heady scent of lacewood, violet musks, and patchouli. With the help of French perfumer Maurice Roucel of fragrance house Symrise, this new perfume seems opulent and elegant.
"So excited to announce my new Monique Lhuillier eau de parfum! This is a dream come true for me. I have wanted to have my own fragrance for over a decade! Over a year ago I started the process with my team and I am so grateful to everyone who helped me make this dream a reality!! I hope you love it as much as I do!", she said announcing the perfume debt on her official Instagram.
