The star-studded glitzy gala of Indian Television Academy or ITA Awards 2022, held last night managed to raise the sartorial stakes, courtesy, our showbiz celebs. Bringing together actors from the film and television fraternity on the same red carpet, the soiree served us a power-packed dose of fashion.
Putting their best fashion foot forwards, here’s what our favourite celebrities presented themselves for the eve:
ALIA BHATT
Taking an unusual route, Alia dazzled in a sterling saree from label Bloni that was made from waste recycled nylon and repurposed degradable faux leather. She teamed her metallic drape with a pair of statement jhumkis and opted for a dewy glam with blushed cheeks, shimmery lids and a glossy pout to go with her look.
RANVEER SINGH
Ranveer pulled off a monochromatic look in a velvet pantsuit. His look was put together with chunky white sunglasses and a pair of matching loafers.
VAANI KAPOOR
Vaani looked drop-dead gorgeous draped in Manish Malhotra’s feather saree, fresh off its Diffuse collection. Her sheer saree was accentuated furthermore with a pair of dainty floral earrings and a minuscule bindi. Winged eyes, a nude pout and tresses styled in soft, romantic curls finished her look.
HINA KHAN
Hina pulled off a gothic look dressed in a strapless peplum top that bore daring cut-out details teamed with a matching pair of pants. Her look was elevated furthermore with an on-point goth glam ft. kohl-rimmed graphic lined eyes, a shiny nude pout and a sleek high ponytail.
SURBHI CHANDNA
Surbhi walked straight out of the fairytale onto the red carpet in her strapless ruffled black gown. A string of delicate diamonds and rubies accentuated the look of her sweetheart neckline. A radiant glam with a glossy brown pout, shimmery lids and soft curls rounded off her look.
NIA SHARMA
Nia left us picking up our dropped jaws off the floor with her hot mesh avatar dressed in a sheer white dress customized by designer Suman Guha. Her risqué outfit came with a long train and sequined tasseled details. Going OTT on the glam front, the diva opted for an earthy brown pout, soft waves and oodles of highlighter to complete her look.
RASHAMI DESAI
Rashami dazzled on the red carpet in a crystal-embellished purple gown that came with mesh and feather detailing along with a plunging neckline. A dewy glam with blushed cheeks, glossy pout and a centre-parted ponytail did justice to her beauty.
DAPPER MEN FT RAVI DUBEY, RAQESH BAPAT AND ADITYA SEAL
Heartthrobs Ravi, Raqesh and Aditya looked every bit dapper in their suited-up avatar at the soiree.
NAKUUL MEHTA
Nakuul added a pop of colour to the red carpet with his teal green Ranbir Mukherjee suit. A blue tie and black shoes broke the monotony of his outfit and completed his formal look.
HELLY SHAH
Helly looked beautiful in an off-shouldered gown that came with a cape-sleeved detailing and delicate embroidery. A delicate pair of earrings added a dash of sparkle to her all-black outfit. Keeping the glam understated, the actress rounded off her look with kohl-rimmed eyes, a matte glam and a sleek ponytail.
