GAUR POOJA

For her post-wedding festivities, Kajal dazzled in a pastel custom-created lehenga from Anita Dongre that was inspired by Kajal and Gautam’s favourite holiday destination Villa D’este. Her elegantly embroidered lehenga was paired with jewels from the designer’s jewellery collection. With a soft glam and floral hairdo, she completed her look.

THE WEDDING LEHENGA

Walking straight out of a fairytale, Kajal made for a royal bride in an exquisite Anamika Khanna curation. Her intricately detailed wedding trousseau was indeed a labor of love given the fact that it took 20 people and one month to curate it. The zardosi embroidered floral patterns high on colorful motifs, the scalloped cut out dupatta, everything about this creation channeled regality.

She accessorized her lehenga with a stunning matha-patti, encrusted neckpiece, a minimalistic nath and a pearl-encrusted kamar-patta from label Sunita Shekhawat. Those golden kaleeras added their charm to her look. With so many outstanding elements from her trousseau stealing the limelight, Kajal decided to go easy on the glam keeping it dewy and subtle.
