What a bummer! The 73rd edition of the Cannes Film Festival won't be happening this year. And although we won't get to enjoy our annual dose of sartorial goodness, we have a little something to keep our modish senses satiated.
While this year's gala stands canceled, we imagine what the divas would wear if they were to walk the red carpet this year. From Sonam Kapoor Ahuja's ethnic touch at the soiree to Kangana Ranaut's edgy style, here's what we think the leading ladies would've opted for:
Deepika Padukone
Deepika is known to keep the sartorial drama flowing. Her vivid and vibrant style is equal parts chic, classy and spunky. From tailored suits to gorgeous gowns, this stunner has worn it all.

Priyanka Chopra Jonas made her Cannes debut last year and oh boy, what a stellar debut it was! With oh-so-pretty ball gowns and evening dresses to uber-sexy cocktail dresses, we saw that a lot more! Also, her hubby-dearest Nick Jonas made for the perfect arm-candy at all times and we couldn't help but scream #OTPGoals!

For this year's dose of spunk, we think this Manish Arora ensemble would be a great look on her. Chunky heels, a bob hairdo, chunky rings and a sweetheart pouy; gosh, we would kill to see this beauty pull-off this look!
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan
Make way for the Cannes Queen! Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has to be a glamorous veteran at the red carpet and needless to say, she has delivered some of the most stellar looks at the gala! From her golden goddess number to her vivid peacock dress, the diva has made us swoon time-and-again with her opulent outfits!

Aishwarya is known for her larger-than-life outfits that spell out couture in the best way possible. Given this preference, we think this Ivan Avalos ensemble would be a stellar move on the red carpet.
