Naval plunge for Grammys gala ft Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Jennifer Lopez! PeeCee opts for a bare to dare Ralph and Russo gown 20 years after Jlo’s iconic Versace appearance

Not just music, one of the most awaited gala, Grammy Awards are about sartorial inspiration as well. This year’s Grammy 2020 was no different as we saw best of the Hollywood looks that will be remembered for years,

Speaking of the bookmarked looks, the time comes a full circle for the naval plunge dress as Priyanka Chopra Jonas pulled off a page from Jennifer Lopez’s Grammy style file!

Styled by Mimi Cutrell, Priyanka left little to the imagination with her uber-bold ivory Ralph and Russo number which reminded us of JLo’s Versace Grammy look 20 years ago. Her sequin-encrusted silk crêpe cady kimono was high on drama, all thanks to those tasselled sleeves, long train and that risky navel plunge giving us a sneak peek of her sexy piercing. A pair of dazzling danglers added a blingy element to her look.

In the beauty department, Priyanka opted for bold lips, blushed cheeks and poker-straight tresses to let her outfit take the centre stage.

Though Priyanka absolutely smashed it with her dare to bare number, it was JLo who blessed us with this iconic plunging neckline look earlier at the Grammys 2000!

While PC was all about tassels, embellishments and drama, Jennifer embraced the wild jungle prints that went down in the pages of fashion’s history. She opted for a minimal glam and open tresses to let her risky attire hog the limelight back then. This dress was further revamped at the Milan Fashion Week 2019 as well.

Be it 2000 or 2020, the naval plunge is a guaranteed hit at the Grammys. Don’t you think?
