PeepingMoon’s Saturday sartorial shenanigans, also known as the Moonwalk is back with its fashion report card for the week.  This week witnessed a lot of fashion inspiration as our tinsel town celebrities were out and about not just in the city, but also overseas.

With that being said, let’s get down to the sartorial showdown for the week!

RANVEER SINGH

Fashion’s quirky child Ranveer is back with yet another gender-fluid look. Flaunting the striped multicolour pants and a polka shirt and a matching visor cap from label Sabyasachi, he left us wondering that is there anything that he cannot do?! Those geometrical glares added to the spunk affair indeed. Take a bow, Nitasha Gaurav!

Who says Sabyasachi is just for women?!

DISHA PATANI

Disha nailed the ‘Beyonce’ look in this Ivy Park X Adidas creation by none other than Queen Bey. Subtle glam and lustrous curls elevated the look of her asymmetrical dress furthermore.

Before you drown into the weekend, here’s another spicy look by Disha Patani that is too good to be missed:

Ooh, mama! This strapless outfit from label Aiisha Ramadan came with risqué slits and stunning floral details. Drop danglers form Irasva added an element of bling to her sexy black look. Can’t wait to see what more does this beaut brings to the table!

AMRUTA KHANVILKAR

For a past couple of days, this beaut has been slaying us hard with her smashing looks that are too good to miss. Taking the contemporary saree look to another level, Amruta flaunted not one but two fusion looks by designer Aditi Gupta:

This scintillating black drape came with a sexy back detailing with embellished mirror work. Smokey eyes, pink nude lips and a braided bun accentuated her look furthermore.

Amruta looked nothing less than a diva in this halter drape creation form the designer’s collection. A statement-making belt cinched her contemporary outfit seamlessly. Kohl rimmed shimmery eyes, filled-in brows and a chic ponytail rounded off her look.

Slay bae

AYUSHMANN KHURRANA

King of content Ayushmann Khurrana is also quite fashion-forward and there are no two ways about that. This week, the versatile actor sported a neat, fuss-free look that was a pure feast to our eyes. Ayushmann looked every bit dapper in this textured tweed suit from label Dinkar Aneja and an icy blue Canali knit. Teaming up his attire with a pair of rubber-coated leather brogues from Salvatore Ferragamo, he was good to go.

So fashion-forward!

NEENA GUPTA

Not just in films, seems like Neena is acing at the fashion front as well! For the trailer success launch of Shubh Mangal Jyaada Saavdhan, Neena opted for a chic LBD and we are sold! Teaming up her outfit with a chunky choker, gold bangles, sport sneaks and a popping yellow sling bag, she was good to go.

60 is the new 16!

SARA ALI KHAN AND JANHVI KAPOOR

Millennials Sara and Janhvi are back on the list with some fashion inspo.

For one of her promotional appearances, Sara flaunted an asymmetrical number from label ATELIER ZUHRA. She paired her encrusted high-low dress with popping neon heels. A fresh dewy face with soft romantic curls completed her look.

Janhvi looked like a dream draped in the six yards of sheer elegance from label Arpita Mehta. Her heavily embroidered and embellished blouse gave a nice contrast to the hot pink saree adding a drama element to her look furthermore.  Dainty maang tika and chunky kadas accessorized her outfit perfectly. Soft glam and textured curls gave justice to her beauty.

Hello, beauties!

VARUN DHAWAN AND SUNNY KAUSHAL

Sporting casuals and ethnics, dapper men Varun and Sunny blend in the best of both worlds:

Varun looked super cool in this Tods jacket and denim set which he teamed up with a popping purple knit from BERLUTI. Teaming up his ensemble with suave Represent shoes, he looked promotion ready!

Sunny painted an elegant picture in this black, tie & dye bandi and kurta set from label Tisa. Teaming up his ethnic attire with black Voga-Now shoes, he was good to go.

Dapper dudes of tinsel town

HINA KHAN AND MOUNI ROY

Making it big from television to silver screen, divas Hina and Mouni bagged a place on our sartorial list.

Making the mighty-whitey work in her favour, Hina opted for an off-shouldered slit dress from Mitali Wadhwa. Printed block heels from Dech Barrouci added a fun element to her all-white attire. With subtle glam and curls on fleek, Hina was ready to slay.

Moving on from pristine whites to roaring reds! Mouni looked resplendent in a red hot Avvantikaa Parwani drape that featured ruffled hemline and sequined blouse. Sexy back, plunging neck, radiant glam and wild curls…WOW!

Acing the monotones…

MALAIKA ARORA

Malaika sported not one but two shiny looks this week and we have mixed feeling about them.

This all-leather pleated look from PRITCH London X Lune failed to work its wonder on our beaut!

Also, this shiny silver dress from EVYATAR MYOR was a tad bit too much to take! Features like bareback, risqué slits and Malla’s high glam failed to work its magic. What are your thoughts on this?

Neither here nor there

SHRADDHA KAPOOR

Shraddha’s tasselled Celia Kritharioti number failed to make an impression this time around. Be it her HMU or her outfit, nothing stood out for us.

Sigh...

KANGANA RANAUT

Kangana’s Frida Kahlo inspired look with floral headgear and an ethnic Torani outfit left us quite confused. Onboard about the effortless nude glam, although something seems missing here!

Mixed feelings about this one

SOHA ALI KHAN AND BHUMI PEDNEKAR

Bhumi’s colour-block look in tangy latex pants and a blue jacket from APPAPOP SIX5SIXSTREET  was a bit overwhelming. Those popping yellow shoes aren’t helping the look either. We have seen her nailing some risky looks and this one was a tad bit disappointing.

Soha, on the other hand, opted for a subtle and clean look in a white flowy dress from but this is not something different from her usual dressing. Given your sound sartorial past, this one is a bit of a downer.

Well

With this, we end our list. See you next week!
