From 2005 to 2010, Katrina had a successful run at the box office. From Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya (2005) and Namastey London (2007) to Race (2008) and New York (2009), her style also evolved along with her work. It became more subtle and be it sarees or anarkalis, she started opting for more ethnic wear.
2010-2013
Moving a little away from ethnic attires, Katrina started experimenting with gowns and short dresses. She was often seen in knee-length dresses in various colours and paired it with pumps. It kind of became her usual look. She also was seen clad in Manish Malhotra and Tarun Tahiliani couture. Her white Marchesa gown was one of the most-talked looks of that time. Though her looks were accessorized well, a lot of embellished garments made it to her wardrobe.
2013-2016
From her Cannes appearance in a crimson Elie Saab gown to tulle sheer gown from Jenny Packham and bandage dresses from Herve Leger, Katrina was seen donning various designer labels. The 2015 evolution which saw her turning from a dark brunette to bold redhead was the highlight of these times. In fact, as she explored brighter options in fashion, her makeup became subtle with soft-rimmed eyes enhanced with multiple layers of mascara. But every now and then, the glossy tangerine and scarlet lips made her look stunning.
